Service and Maintenance Options:
The Maintenance of your Surveillance and Alarm Equipment is vitally important! Most business and home owners fail to consider the importance of maintaining and servicing their surveillance and alarm systems. This equipment is (usually) running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year non-stop AND is counted on as being vitally important to be in 100% working order, when and if a situation arises.

We all know that security systems need a little “Fine Tuning” at times. If you have an existing security system or surveillance system and would like to have a little work done we are there for you.
Our service fees are as follows:
Service Calls plus first 2 hours including travel time to location: $150
Additional Labor hours: $75 per hour
**All equipment will be quoted and a price negotiated before any replacements.**
Want to purchase an Extended Equipment Warranty?
-Our warranties cover mechanical and electrical failures from normal use.
-Will reimburse your full item price if your equipment breaks and can’t be fixed.
-Generally if the issue stops you from using your item and the issue happened during normal use of the item, you are covered.
*You must provide a copy of your receipt.
-Warranties are not transferable, must be redeemed by purchaser of equipment.
For new, retail items our coverage starts from the date of item purchase. Some part of this period may overlap with the manufacturer’s Warranty that comes with your item.
Our coverage begins on date of purchase as we provide additional coverage above the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Our Warranty Partners specialize in national repair depots that handle our repairs and reimbursement evaluations, and the majority of claims are shipped directly to them.
They use repair depots because in-house and in-store repairmen don’t always have the parts they need on-hand, adding to your wait time. Their repair depots look like the places they’d order parts from. We are also proud of their quality, that’s why we give you a guarantee on all our repairs.
If your item needs to be repaired and is too large to ship typically televisions over 37″, desktop computers, or major appliances, we will find a shop local to you who will be able to handle your claim. We’ll send someone to your home to take a look…
*You may be responsible for and charged minimum cost for a service visit.
If your item is shippable but needs specialized packaging; such as laptops and flat screen televisions under 37″ we will send you a prepaid shipping box and packing materials so that you can securely send your item to us. If our Warranty Service Partners determines that your item needs to be replaced or that estimated repair costs exceed the value of your coverage with us, you will receive reimbursement of the current item replacement value (less the cost of any previous repairs made under our coverage).
